It hardly seems like a street in Paris, but in the 12th arrondissement of the city you can stand on a lane that feels more like London’s Portabello Road than anything you would expect to find in Paris.
This is Rue Crémieux, a charming little back street lined with colourfully painted terrace houses. The pedestrian-only cobbled lane isn’t a hotspot for tourists, yet it’s often the location for photoshoots and was actually being used as a colorful backdrop for a fashion shoot when I passed by today.
