I love the road. I love being on the road, or the tracks, the trail, whatever. I just love being out there exploring places and finding stories. I have so many of these kinds of perspective pictures that I could make a book of them. I probably should too because surely I can’t be the only person in the world who sees a picture likes this and just wants to dive in and find out what’s down that road.

In today’s picture, the road ahead disappears in the direction of Mount Ngauruhoe. It’s early morning and the sun hasn’t yet burned off the cloud that blankets the top of the mountain.
